The layout is such that the doctor's yearlong residence are detached from, but connected to the entertainment and guest quarters. The three quarters of the house are arranged around an interior courtyard, whose walls represent various architectonic conditions. A porous southern edge lies opposite a punctured wall, while a seamlessly shuttered plane is opposite the ashlar perimeter wall.
