The hotel consists of three segments: 40 rooms with shared facilities, 85 rooms with private facilities, and 30 completely independent dwelling units. Escalators lead 4 stories straight to the reading room. The lobby straddles the station, and is accessible by ramp and elevator. The lap pool is on the roof and is reached by an external elevator near the monumental stairs of the sloping park.
