The first primordial task was to understand the density for such a housing. We took a footprint of the one of the hotels, gridded, parsed, and evenly distributed the 43 pieces across the site, determining a structural grid for the site.

We divided the site into neutral zones and layers, such as ground materials, facilities, structure, footprint and time.
